My Goal

So my horoscope for the month of September said that I will find myself working towards bettering myself and that this is the best month for me to push through personal goals. Well I know it's October now, but I started working out and eating healthier in September and lost about 8 lbs then. Now I'm at 9.4 lbs and am still pushing through:).


I've been on the Anti-Estrogen Diet by Dr. Ori Hoflemeker, where I've basically been pescetarian and have been working out a tonnnn. Hopefully I'll be able to buy the book tonight so that I can get more details on what other types of foods I can eat because, honestly, I've gotten really bored with it.

And speaking of foods, I AM HUNGRY! And I want pizza! Ugh!!! But I figure that if I can get myself down to my main goal weight (130) and maybe to my wish weight (125) then I can eat all the yummy foods I want as long as I eat them in moderation and workout! So exciting! I want food! Currently I am craving:


A whole pan of chocolate brownies (which I think I may just give into sometime this week. the craving is WAY too strong to ignore).





Spinach and Cheese Calzone---Although I reaaaallly want it from Rosa's specifically.




A burrito from Willy's




A juicy grilled STEAK.



Some Thai Green Curry from Tin Drum





And a Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.



In otherwords, I am HUNGRY like you cannot even imagine. Basically I've starved myself today. I dont know what I am going to eat at home, but I am definitely eating. I need energy lololol.

--> BTW Y'all I am sooo sorry that I have not been keepin up with this mess. I havent forgotten about my blog! I'm just busy sometimes.

I think that by Christmastime I'll have reached my main final goal weight and can start figuring out outfits for myself with clothes that actually fit me well. Maybe at that point in time I'll start posting my outfits on here? Dunno. We'll see how that goes.
